Dorn Method
Dorn Method
It is a manual therapy, the basic principle and purpose of which is to return the vertebrae and joints to their original or. ideal state. All of this is done in a movement that engages the muscles in the area along with the exhalation. Breathing, the pressure on exhalation, is the cornerstone of the Dorn method. Thus, it is a dynamic system with active patient participation.
The Dorn Method treats and corrects back pain, spinal pain, headaches and joint pain. It is mainly applied for displaced vertebrae, spinal blockages, corrects spinal misalignment (scoliosis), sore shoulders and elbows, knees, hip pain, corrects the different length of the lower limbs, straightening of the back (the so-called round back), protruding shoulder blades, eliminates carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.
